Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer Elementary School

Mrs. Zimmermann, originally from Rhode Island/Connecticut, received her B.A. in Sociology and Anthrology from St. Mary's College of Maryland. While working toward her M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling at Bowie State University, she worked in college admissions. Mrs. Zimmermann work as a middle and high school counselor in Calvert County Maryland and Western New York before joining Charles County Schools as the College and Career Advisor at Thomas Stone High School. With a desire to have an impact of the lives of children from an early age, Mrs. Zimmermann transferred to Jenifer Elementary in 2013.When not at school, Mrs. Zimmermann enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with the cub scouts, and traveling the world. Mrs. Zimmermann is a school counselor who loves helping students find success! She is looking forward to meeting and working with every student!
