Control Your Anger
INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL: You MAKE things happen, you are in control, and can cope with your anger.

EXTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL: Things just HAPPEN to you, you believe there isn't anything you can do to control your anger, and you can't cope with your anger.
